This page explains what information the CruiserDesk website collects, and how the CruiserDesk software handles case data.
The CruiserDesk software
CruiserDesk is designed so that arrest and case information stays on the device where it was entered. The software does not send case data to CruiserDesk, and CruiserDesk does not operate servers that receive or store it. Licensing works offline.
Each agency is responsible for securing its own devices and for its own CJIS Security Policy compliance.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you type in: your name, title, agency, state, email address, and optionally your phone number, agency size, and message. The form is delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). We use this information only to respond to you and to follow up about CruiserDesk. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
Please do not submit arrest, case, or arrestee information through the contact form.
Our website host (Cloudflare) may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
